Finding Tenants
We will quickly work to find tenants for your properties and manages all inquiries about available properties. We help advertise and set appropriate lease rates to attract the right tenant for you – a reliable, potentially long-term resident.
Screening Process
All applications are reviewed and processed to ensure only approved tenants visit your properties.
Lease Paperwork
When tenants are ready to lease your unit, we manage the lease agreements and paperwork and collect signatures from each party.
Tenant Move Days
Prior to resident move-in days, we prepare and clean the unit, collect security deposits and signed paperwork, and distribute keys. When a resident moves out, we inspect each unit, assess any damages, and determine what portion (if any) of the security deposit is owed.
Rent Management
Each month we collect rent payments and provide residents venues to pay rent on time
